Combining legal education with engineering expertise, operational, business and commercial expertise, all of which have been acquired over the years of professional career.
2005-2010 - various roles in the Jerusalem Municipality: Deputy Manager of the Department of Building Supervision, Control and Reporting to the Jerusalem Municipality.
Supported the Licensing Department in planning work processes.
Legal Office - legal counsel to the Municipality on issues of Planning and Building, legal advice to the Engineering Administration and Licensing and Planning Departments and legal representation of the Jerusalem Municipality and the Local Planning and Building Committee vis-à-vis the planning committees and in court.
1993-1988 - Systems Developer at Orantech Management Systems.
1993-1995 - Control Engineer at the Danya Cebus Construction Company.
1995-1998 - Manager of the Control Department at the Drucker Zacharia Construction Company.
1999-2005 - Partner and Executive at Ganei Mishan Construction & Development Ltd.

2008-2010 - Manager of the Civil Planning and Construction Team at the Jerusalem Municipality and Acting Legal Counsel to the Local Planning and Building Committee.
2009-2010 - Director at the HaGihon Company Ltd. (on behalf of the City Council).
